IMPORTANT:
- Silver Chafers are included at NO additional charge for hot items. However a one $5.00 fuel fee per chafer will apply.
- If you ARE hiring a server from us, he/she will bring the equipment back to our shop at no additional charge.
- DROP OFF: If you are NOT hiring a server from us and we are just dropping off food, you must return the chafers to us within 24 business hours from the events end.- Chafers will require a $120.00 deposit for up to 2 chafers. Deposit amount will be refunded at he time of delivering them in good condition to us.

 YOU CAN ALWAYS CHOOSE TO GET YOUR FOOD DROPPED OFF IN DISPOSABLE CHAFFERS - each chafer and fuel $25.00
No Deposits and No Returns! Just toss'em away... see below for that option.

Return & Pickup

   If you don’t have time to return our equipment, we will do it for you. Let us know what time to be there and we will drop by & save you the trouble.

Cold Drop-Off – In Disposables

   Can’t make it to our facility? Not a problem. We will drop-off your food in your kitchen or office. Your food will arrive in disposable aluminum pans, ready for you to Heat-n-Eat. Or Party Trays, depending your food order. We can even supply disposable serving utensils or bowls.

Hot Drop-Off – In Disposables

 Office  luncheon  anyone? Our hot drop-off option is perfect when the eating time is short. (Please note that some foods are best served straight from the oven and some items may require additional heating.) Additional Disposable Chafing Dishes fee applies at $25.00 per chafer and fuel.

Full Drop-Off: Delivery & Setup

   This is our most economical service, just tell us where and when. We will deliver and have your entire buffet set-up and hot, ready for you to enjoy. Setup includes delivering the buffet to your desired location, setting up and lighting the chafing dishes; filling bowls with salads, rolls, appetizers and any suitable condiments; ice for all cold items provided and paper products, if included on your order. Our arrival time is approximately one (1) hour before you are ready to eat. The only thing you need to do is make sure we can access where you would like your food setup and have all of the food tables positioned & ready for our staff. Please, have a contact person available at all times the day of the delivery. 


DISPOSABLES

•    Full Hot drop-off service requires a $25 per disposable chafer & fuel fee or rental of our stainless steel chafing dishes and fuel. Check our Ala Carte Rental menu for pricing or email me for details.
•   We can provide medium to heavy duty clear plastic ware (plates, cups & flatware) at $4 per person
•    Champagne or Wine clear plastic glasses at $1.25 per person


Other Service Options

•    Server -  for up to 4 hrs. Including travel time to your party, set up, service and clean up.

•    Bartender -  for up to 4 hrs minimum. Including travel time to your party, set up, service and clean up. 

•    Chef for any food station  per 4 hrs. Including travel time to your party, set up, service and clean up.

•    Full Service Catered Events: Full Catering service with China, Silverware, Glassware, etc., will incur additional fees for delivery and setup. All prices are subject to a 15% catering supplemental fee, a Labor Charge per each Server, Chef or Bartender working the event, equipment Rental, if any required, plus 10% Local Taxes. If your group is tax exempt, that information must be provided in writing prior to the signing of the final contract. Floral arrangements and linens are available at an additional charge. Depending on the nature of event, equipment set-up, location, etc., catering supplemental fees may be greater than 15%.

We reserve the right to substitute included but not limited to menu items and ingredients of equal or greater value due to availability.  If any items ordered by customer become unavailable in the market for any reason and/or the available supply of that item suddenly suffers a prohibitive price increase which exceeds reasonable market prices in comparison to the prices available at the time of initial contract drafting date  or ordering. The item will be substituted. We will make a good faith effort to notify the client of such substitution(s), if time allows. We use the highest possible materials and try our best to please our customers. However, tastes vary per each individual and what is good for many people may not be for another person. Therefore, all our services and products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Sorry, no refunds, discounts, or credit of any kind, all sales are final. By ordering you agree to pay for all services rendered.

A non-refundable deposit will hold your date, this will vary but usually range from $500 - $1,000 depending the package / order. All balances are due a minimum of 45 working days before the wedding/event date.

***Deposit amounts are used to reserve and secure the date of your event. 
They are non refundable. 100% of all Deposits paid will be applied towards all balances owed in accordance with our published terms of service as explained by our published Rules and Regulations.
